People Development Assistant Manager
About this position
The People Development Assistant Manager is responsible for identifying training needs, planning and executing training sessions, and collaborating with teams to enhance employee development aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
• Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with line managers including employee at all level.
• Planning, coordinating, and executing training sessions for employees across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training materials that meet the diverse learning styles and needs of employees.
• Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
• Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
• Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
• Maintaining accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and evaluation results for reporting and future reference.
• Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.
• Assist to make and implement annual training plan.
• Manage Training system (HRIS) and E-Learning system.
• Execute other reasonable tasks requested by the line manager.
• Manage some special project that it related to employee development.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in HRD, HROD or any related fields.
• At least 8 years in HRD, Training Development HROD in food business will be advantage.
• Experience and having a basic understanding of HRD concepts, tools and implementation such as training need survey, competency, career development, leadership development program, succession planning, talent management.
• Be a good strategic partner, excellent interpersonal skill, communication skill, ability to influence and work closely with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
• Strong project management and HRD practices.
• Good team player, hands-on, energetic and good leadership.
• Good computer proficiency: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office365 (E-unite/Canva is a plus).
