HROD Assistant Manager
About this position
The HROD Assistant Manager is responsible for enhancing organizational capability and implementing people strategies to achieve business goals through various HR initiatives and effective communication.
Responsibilities
• Enhance organization capability and people strategy, analyze and implement strategic organization transformation and change to achieve business goal.
• Deploy organization and HR strategy including design a variety of initiatives projects such as organization structure, Job evaluation and job description, performance management, OKR and recognitions, competencies assessment and career architecture, agile ways of work, executive and leadership development program, succession planning, talent development, critical position management, people engagement and employer branding, corporate culture.
• Oversee internal communication and related event such as townhall.
• Be a good strategic partner with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies and procedures and related HR implementation.
• Conduct related research through various methods to identify problem, analyze and develop HR related solutions to formulate recommendations and action plan.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in HROD, HRD or any related fields.
• At least 8 years in Organizational Development, in food business will be advantage.
• Experience and having a basic understanding of HROD concepts, tools and implementation such as job evaluation, performance management, career development, leadership development program, succession planning, talent management, employer branding, people engagement, corporate culture, internal communication.
• Be a good strategic partner, excellent interpersonal skill, communication skill, ability to influence and work closely with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
• Strong project management and HROD practices.
• Good team player, hands-on, energetic and good leadership.
• Good computer proficiency: MS Excel, Power Point, Word, Office365 (E-unite/Canva is a plus).
