Warehouse Manager [Automotive]
About this position
Responsibilities
• Strategically manage automotive warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Prepare annual budget
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics, Engineering or related filed
• At least 10 years experiences in warehouse management with at least 7 years in Management Level
• Experience in Automotive business will be advantage
• Experience in planning and budgeting (Profit & Loss)
• Good judgment and ability to be a problem solver and make quick decisions with a focus on the big picture/bottom line
• Ability to think strategically, Good communication skills, Presentation skills, proven track record in delivering results
• Leadership & coaching ability with emphasis on employee development/collaboration and ability to hold people accountable
• Good interpersonal skill with high level of managerial skill
• Managing processes, dealing with complexity
• Technical knowledge and experience in warehouse / supply chain will be advantage
• Proficient in English Skills
