About this position

The Transport Planner position involves planning, tracking, and improving transportation logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Plan for routing and scheduling all orders of transportation and updating system as needed.
• Tracking to ensure that all shipment can delivery on time.
• Work closely with customer and improve the activity for acceptance rate of on-time pick up and on time delivery.
• Change necessary delivery schedule which might stuff from equipment failure, weather delays, or emergencies.
• Notify necessary parties (internal and external) involved in changes to prescribed delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Logistic or any related field.
• At least 1-3 years' experience in supply chain or related job.
• Can work well under high pressure with high responsibility.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able of working in shifts.
