About this position

The Transport Analyst Officer is responsible for understanding the current land transport and market situation, implementing a 3-year business plan for operational and financial improvement, and ensuring alignment with strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Understand current Land transport and market situation and Implement 3-year business plan for operational & financial improvement
• Ensure all operational BU implement strategic plans in alignment with LT roadmap/direction
• Understand customer volume, operation, route, rate, cost and profit & loss
• Understand cost LT cost structure and cost elements, provide competitive rate & solution to related parties (such as BGD)
• Propose improvement project to Management for consideration and decision making
• Plan project timeline, coordinate with other teams such as operation, procurement, vendor team and etc. to ensure the information and outcome
• Analyze the saving of project and present to management
• Monitor project framework and follow up project result
• Understand customer needs and provide comprehensive solution to customers
• Monitor customers' contract

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation or related logistics fields
• At least 2-5 year working experienced in Transportation fields
• Business & Land transport laws and regulations
• Basic knowledge of Accounting
• Ability to communicate in English (Reading & Writing)
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and TMS
• Positive thinking and good communication skill
