About this position

The Tender Management position in Freight Forwarding involves collecting freight costs, setting selling prices, and cooperating with various stakeholders to achieve tender targets.

Responsibilities

• Collect freight cost and set selling price based on customer's condition and cooperate with Business Owner and Regional Head Quarter to achieve tender target.
• Complete selling rate in tender format based on customer’s condition.
• Cooperate with Business Owner and Regional Head Quarter for rate consideration and submission.
• Follow up bidding result from Business Owner, Regional Head Quarter and record data of tender result provided by Bidding Owner.
• Summarize tender progress from Business Owner, Regional Head Quarter and submit the result analysis to management on a monthly basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics Management or related fields.
• At least 1 year working experiences in Freight Forwarding Business.
• Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Particularly in Excel).
• Good command of English. (TOEIC:700 up)
• Ability to work under pressure with high sense of responsibility.
