Senior Supervisor-Transport Operation (Sriracha Chonburi)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Plan transportation schedules based on workload and select appropriate transport companies, vehicle types, and drivers suitable for customer needs.
• Monitor employee performance and resolve issues encountered during transportation, Check the status of delivery vehicles with team members and Address transportation issues promptly.
• Evaluate the quality of service from each transport company based on monthly/annual performance metrics.
• Prioritize transportation plans based on cost or develop strategies to reduce transportation expenses.
• Organize annual driver training sessions and conduct regular assessments of delivery areas and routes while consistently updating information.
• Support supervisor and operation teams for any requirement.
• Perform other activities and projects as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Logistics Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years working experiences in transportation analyst, transportation operation improvement or related field.
• Analytical, Logical thinking with ability to analyze and good in presentation skill.
• Experience in planning and P&L analysis.
• Good in English Communication Skill.
