Sales Coordinator (Chinese Speaking) - Sriracha Chonburi
About this position
Responsibilities
• Oversee and support Sales Logistics Team, including Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, Transportation, and Customs Clearance
• Prepare and complete accurate and timely quotations for customers based on their logistics requirements
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention while identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business across all logistics services.
• Monitor and respond to emails and daily job requirements from both internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with various internal departments to support customer needs, solve problems, and implement solutions effectively
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support overall business objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Chinese or any related fields
• At least 2 years working experiences as Sales Coordinator, Business Development, Customer Service
• Proficiency in Chinese (HSK5 or above)
• Good command in English (TOEIC score 650 or above)
• Capable in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skill and negotiation skills, Target-oriented as well as Customer service oriented.
