Quality Management Officer
About this position
The Quality Management Officer is responsible for supporting and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, training staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Support quality internal audit [ISO 9001] and external audit of quality management system.
• Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns.
• Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures.
• Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management system (QMS).
• Coordinate with improvement projects and corrective action.
• Consolidate KPI data from relevant groups and analyze their effectiveness.
• Plan and support operation for other quality standard certification (e.g. ISO,9001,13475, GHP, FSSC, GDP or any related certificate of company)
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineer, Logistics Management or Science
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Quality Management System or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, food safety and medicinal products standard would be an advantage.
• Certification of ISO 9001 internal auditor or other quality internal auditor standard
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in English (TOEIC 650 above)
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
