About this position

The Quality Management Officer is responsible for supporting and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, training staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support quality internal audit [ISO 9001] and external audit of quality management system.
• Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns.
• Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures.
• Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management system (QMS).
• Coordinate with improvement projects and corrective action.
• Consolidate KPI data from relevant groups and analyze their effectiveness.
• Plan and support operation for other quality standard certification (e.g. ISO,9001,13475, GHP, FSSC, GDP or any related certificate of company)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineer, Logistics Management or Science.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Quality Management System or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, food safety and medicinal products standard would be an advantage.
• Certification of ISO 9001 internal auditor or other quality internal auditor standard.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in English (TOEIC 650 above).
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
