About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Improve quality of services on internal purchasing process
• Manage all request and demand process in Oracle system to be in line with company process
• Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works
• Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
• Solve the operational issues in line with corporate principles
• Prepare reports and summarize data including market report, purchase report
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• At least 2-4 years experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing Engineer
• Excellent communications skills both internal and external communications
• Strong in communication & Negotiation skill
• Proficient in communication of English with speaking and writing
• Computer Literacy in MS Office (Power point, Word & Excel)
