About this position

The Product Development Supervisor is responsible for collecting and analyzing data, designing operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect data by using various methods such as surveys both internal and external, interviews, experiments, and literature reviews to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected
• Summarize and analyze data in terms of financial for project/business evaluation such as P/L, Balance sheet
• Design suitable operations and solutions that comply with related government agencies’ regulations for any assigned project
• Gather information and create guideline material that help explain and clarify key point to internal associates.
• Review Contract or relate legal document and provide initial appropriate comment based on concern point
• Propose and negotiate solution to related parties
• Monitor, Track and Check implementation progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration Logistics, Engineering
• At least 3 years working experienced in Solution Analyst, Engineer, Business Development fields preferably in logistics industry
• Knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Contract Logistics
• Has logical & analytical thinking, problem solving skill and Self-Oriented.
• Good command of English (Toeic 700)
• Good communication and presentation skills
