Oversea Coordinator (Ocean Freight Forwarding)
About this position
The Oversea Coordinator (Ocean Freight Forwarding) is responsible for managing customer interactions and coordinating with oversea agents to ensure efficient shipping processes.
Responsibilities
• Deal directly with customers and Oversea Agent either by email, telephone or face to face.
• Provide pricing and delivery information to Oversea agent or Customers.
• Respond promptly to customer and Oversea Agent inquiries with rapidly timeframe.
• Handle and resolve customer or agent complaints.
• Maintain customer databases.
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
• Manage and take care customers' accounts.
• To be able to explain a wind range of duties that deal with each step of the shipping process.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or related field.
• Experiences for 1 year in Coordinator, Customer Service in Ocean Freight Forwarding, Import-Export and Shipping.
• Good command of English.
• Good communication, Presentation skills and Negotiation skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
