About this position

The position of Operation Support & Maintenance involves providing support for operational improvements and repair tasks while ensuring compliance with various standards and managing documentation related to maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for operational improvements and repair tasks by coordinating with various departments, including operations, administration, other sites, outsourced suppliers, and safety teams.
• Manage and control documentation related to improvements, repairs, spare parts inventory, preventive maintenance (PM) records, and audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 13485 standards in relation to maintenance documentation.
• Verify the readiness of facilities and material handling equipment within both office and warehouse environments, including items such as dock levelers, shuttle doors, water supply systems, warping machines, repackaging and crushing machines, selective racks, mezzanine structures, electrical systems, and cooling systems (chillers and air handling units).
• Conduct checks to ensure the preparedness of emergency equipment, including fire pumps, firefighting systems, fire alarm systems, and emergency lighting.
• Prepare the necessary tools and parts for maintenance and repair tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in maintenance operations, facilities management, or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or large-scale operations environment.
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing cross-functional teams (operations, administration, external suppliers, safety departments, etc.).
• Experience in handling and managing documentation for maintenance, repairs, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment, and systems (e.g., cooling systems, electrical systems, material handling equipment).
• Familiarity with facility infrastructure, including fire safety systems, emergency equipment, and building systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
