Management Trainee-Transportation
About this position
Management Trainee program aims to develop talents to become high potential future leaders through a comprehensive learning & development program.
Responsibilities
• Work as an apprentice to study current working procedure/structure of each business group by on-site visit and on-the-job training within 6 months.
• Attend learning and development program in Management Trainee development plan, and apply learned knowledge for the project, as well as for career ladder as middle-management level.
• Analyze and research information to serve business group’s assignment by utilizing own integrated knowledge, skill, and experiences.
• Create action plan for assigned project based on expected result, budget, risk assessment and timeline.
• Perform role as project liaison between related parties to implement work improvement project and ensure progress running smoothly.
• Report progression of project on result and further recommendation, perspective to related parties.
Requirements
• Completed Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply chain, Engineering, MBA from accredited university
• 1-3 years of working experienced with proven record of achievements
• Project management skills and Business Intelligence would be preferable
• Analytical/ logical thinking, Creativity with ability to analyze feasibility and option
• Result/Quality oriented, Dependability Highly Self-Motivated
• Adaptability Skills, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Proactivity with a positive mindset
• Good interpersonal skill, collaboration, communication skills and presentation skills
• Excellent command of English with at least 700 for TOEIC score or 6.0 for IELT
• Computer literacy MS office, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to create analytical presentation
• Flexibility to temporary working at Yusen branch as assigned in Chonburi or Rayong
