IT Support Supervisor (Yusen Food Supply Chain (Thailand) Co., Ltd.)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operation system and application.
• Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the phone to help set up system or resolve issues.
• Trouble shooting system problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issue.
• Update security to all client’s regular basis and updated result both problem and progress.
• Coordinate with vendors to repair or replace equipment as needed, including following up on repairs.
• Test and explore new technologies as appropriate.
• Manage training sessions or provide tips for Yusen Food users on using O365 (email, MS Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, O365 on mobile).
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Sciences, Management Information System or relevant field.
• At least 4-5 years experienced in IT support, Help desk technician or related fields.
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skills working with teams.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts, devices and security.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Good command in English.
