HR Operations & ER Manager
About this position
The HR Operations & ER Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring quality HR services, and maintaining strong employee relations, particularly focusing on blue collar employees.
Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations for operational and on-site employees including Recruitment and Onboarding, Training, Performance Management and HR Administration focusing on blue collar employees
• Provide HR support and ensure quality operational HR services for specific and ad-hoc projects based on the operational Business Groups’ requirements
• Monitor the disciplinary actions to ensure that the disciplinary investigations/ actions are conducted in a fair and legal manner
• Ensure the efficient relay of information on HR policies, projects & activities with employees working in different sites to strengthen employee connection
• Ensure a good and strong relationship with employees/ labor union through transparent corporate policies and employee relations activities in alignment with the Company’s direction
• Manage and oversee the implementation of Anti-Drug and White Factory projects and ensure the compliance with requirements and regulations given by the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour
• Manage HR team members working in different sites to deliver quality operational HR services on a timely manner in response to the needs and requirements of each site.
• Act as a consultant to managers and employees on HR policies/ regulations/ guidance/ employee-related matters and provide the relevant recommendations and solutions
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, Political Science, or Business Administration
• At least 10 years of direct experience in HR operations function with at least 5 years in supervisory level
• Experience in overall HR operations including Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, HR Administration and Employee Relations
• Strong knowledge of Labor laws and Employment regulations, Employee Relations and Drug regulatory policies.
• Logical thinking, Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills, Service-minded, Result-oriented and Highly Organized
• Strong communication and Presentation skills
• Good command of English both in spoken and written
• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel to operational sites/ branches
