About this position

The Deputy Manager - Safety & Quality Transport Operations is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and environmental laws, improving work methods, monitoring risk assessments, and supporting audits within the company.

Responsibilities

• Monitor schedule and applicable legal & other requirements compliance & regular update and communicate to concerned parties for about concerned Safety and Environmental laws.
• Coordinate with relevant parties in improving the method of work to ensure that all working functions from performance meet the company’s goal.
• Monitor the risks assessment, find out the root cause of safety & environment issue and support operation to fix it.
• Support for audits; 5S, ISO Internal Audit and Safety audit across the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree of Occupational health and safety or related field.
• At least 5-8 years experienced in the position of Safety management.
• Experience in logistics industry, Transportation services will be an advantage.
• Hold a Safety Professional level.
• Knowledge of Safety regulation and Law of safety in the workplace.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 will be an advantage.
• Ability in Microsoft office, particularly in Excel and Word.
• Good command in English.
