Customer Service - Warehouse (Pluakdaeng Rayong) - Shift Work
About this position
ตำแหน่งนี้เกี่ยวข้องกับการประสานงานกับลูกค้าและพนักงานคลังสินค้าเพื่อควบคุมการขนส่งสินค้าเข้าและออก รวมถึงการจัดการเอกสารและการสนับสนุนกิจกรรมต่างๆ ในคลังสินค้า
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with customer and warehouse staff to control cargo in-out
• Perform WMS system to operate inbound and outbound transaction
• Accuracy of incoming and outgoing document
• Collect and record data of warehouse service activity in order to issue monthly billing to customer
• Responsible in cycle count and monthly physical inventory counting
• Resolve customer complaints via phone and email
• To support 5S activity, HR activity and company policy
• Perform to follow occupational health and safety policy and work instruction in company
• To support Supervisor in order to achieve team’s KPI
• Other related tasks as assigned by superior
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields
• At least 1 year working experience in Customer Service and Warehouse in Logistics industry
• Ability to communicate in English
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communicator and Service Minded
• Experienced in Team Management
• Ability to work under pressure and high sense of responsibility
• **Able to work as Shift Work** (8.00-17.30 & 10.30-8.00)
