The Customer Service-Warehouse position at Bangna Trad KM.27 involves providing comprehensive customer service to logistics clients, coordinating with warehouse staff, and managing stock and billing processes.
Responsibilities
• Render full customer service to logistics clients and communicate well to ensure their requirements are met
• Co-ordinate with warehouse staff and warehouse supervisor for all stock checks and regular cycle counts
• Generate inbound and outbound reports and update stock cycle count results
• Create checking and monitor all customer invoice, attach billing evidence documents and forward the documents to the accounts department for monthly billing purposes
• Handle additional duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or other related field
• At least 2 years working experiences in Customer Service and Warehouse in Logistics industry
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and WMS Program
• Ability to communicate in English
• Solving problem skill and Service-Minded
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
