Customer Service-Warehouse (Bangna KM.23, Samutprakarn)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage incoming orders and outgoing shipments from dealers, including tires, fuel, and fluids.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring products are correctly stored or delivered to the appropriate locations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to place orders, generate Purchase Orders, and maintain inventory levels.
• Prepare and organize all necessary paperwork for shipping and customs clearance.
• Support the vehicle registration process with the Department of Land Transport.
• Communicate effectively with the on-site team to ensure smooth operations and address any operational challenges.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management or any related field.
• Proven experience for 1-3 years in Customer Service Warehouse, Warehouse Operation with experience from Automotive Manufacturing, Onsite Customer will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using logistics software or systems for order and shipment management.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
