Customer Service-Transportation (Bangna Trad KM.19, Samutprakarn)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Render full customer service to logistics clients (Automotive) and communicate well to ensure their requirements are met.
• Co-ordinate with Transport staff and Transport supervisor for all stock checks and regular cycle counts.
• Generate inbound and outbound reports and update stock cycle count results.
• Create checking and monitor all customer invoice, attach billing evidence documents and forward the documents to the accounts department for monthly billing purposes.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or other related field.
• At least 1 year working experience in Customer Service and Transportation in Logistics industry.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and WMS Program.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Solving problem skill and Service-Minded.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
