Customer Service Supervisor - Warehouse (Sriracha Chonburi)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels and work with the warehouse team to resolve discrepancies
• Communicate order status updates, shipping delays, or other operational concerns to customers effectively
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of customer service representatives in the warehouse setting
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a warehouse or logistics industry
• Experiences from Chemical Industry, Automotive Business will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping processes and order management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
