Assistant Manager-Warehouse Quality Management (Pathumthani)
About this position
The Assistant Manager-Warehouse Quality Management is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, managing logistics operations, and ensuring compliance with quality standards in the warehouse and transportation sectors.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and nurture business relationships with existing customers, overseeing contract management, monthly invoice settlements, and designing solutions tailored to customer needs
• Drive the expansion of domestic business, with a focus on both warehousing and transportation, particularly in FMCG nationwide distribution
• Manage subcontractors and ensure cost control for distribution centers and transportation services, negotiating agreements and overseeing performance
• Continuously evaluate and improve the process flow and cost structure for both distribution centers and transportation to enhance operational efficiency
• Lead efforts for investment proposals, analyzing potential investments and ensuring that proposals align with business strategy and go
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of logistics, warehousing, and transportation services, and addressing issues promptly
• Support the Quality Team in the implementation and maintenance of required quality standards, particularly ISO:9001, ensuring compliance with all regulations and quality benchmarks
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• At least 5 years working experiences in business development, operations management, or a related field in Logistics industry
• Knowledge in warehousing, transportation management, and distribution processes, with an emphasis on FMCG
• Experience with subcontractor management, cost control, and contract negotiations
• Ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects
