About this position

The Assistant Manager-Warehouse will supervise warehouse operations to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency while managing team performance and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations to ensure customer satisfaction by improving processes, efficiency, and overall performance, while achieving operational goals.
• Monitor operation summary reports and perform risk assessments to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Lead the development and improvement of team performance by focusing on quality, continuous improvement, employee retention, and overall workforce development.
• Manage financial performance, including cost control and profit and loss, to meet company goals and ensure operational efficiency.
• Review and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure processes remain effective and compliant with company standards.
• Report on process capability, operational efficiency, and performance to top management and, if required, to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• Proven experience for 5-7 years in Warehouse Operation, Industrial Engineering preferably in automotive manufacturing will be an advantage with at least 2 years in Supervisory level.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, processes, and tools.
• Good command of English.
• Good team management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
