Assistant Manager-Strategic HR
About this position
The Assistant Manager-Strategic HR will collaborate with HR Management to implement HR strategies and support HR projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with HR Management to implement HR strategies and support the execution of HR projects, both at the global and local levels.
• Oversee the performance management process in accordance with company policies, ensuring that it aligns with our objectives and fosters continuous improvement.
• Consolidate and prepare reports for analysis and reporting purposes, aiming to ensure that the implementation of HR strategies delivers the anticipated positive outcomes.
• Monitor and review Company OC (Organizational Chart) and announcements related to changes in the company's structure.
• Enhance and refine job description materials and guidelines to align with global standards. Lead the centralization process for job descriptions, ensuring accessibility and accuracy for all stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize communication tools and shared services for HR purposes, both within HR teams and across the entire organization.
• Compile data and generate HR reports to facilitate analysis and reporting, such as Employee Engagement Surveys, Global HR Surveys, and KPI result reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree of Human Resources Management, Political Science or related fields
• At least 5 years in Human Resources function (HRM, HROD) or Strategic HR
• Knowledge of Organization development, Project Management
• Good communication skill, Interpersonal skill and Presentation Skill
• Strategic thinking, Logical & Analytical thinking
• Data Analysis, Technology oriented
• Result Oriented, Accountability, Teamwork and Highly organized
• Proficient in English skills (speaking and writing) TOEIC score 700 or above
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Power point, Words & Excel)
