About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage various aspects of HR operations, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits Management, People and Organizational Development, Performance Management & HRIS, and Employee Relations
• Provide HR insights and expertise to support organizational change initiatives, enhancing organizational effectiveness and fostering people development in alignment with Company strategy
• Lead and implement local HR projects, ensuring they align with global direction, Company strategy and policy
• Collaborate closely with operational Business Groups to deliver high-quality operational services that meet specific requirements and drive business impact.
• Design and implement efficient HR procedures to improve operational efficiency within the HR department.
• Revise or establish HR policies, regulations, and guidelines to adapt to the current organizational context.
• Cultivate a transparent and positive relationship between the Company and employees and in compliance with relevant labor laws
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in managing diverse HR functions, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational & People Development, Performance Management, HRIS and Employee Relations.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role and the ability to handle complex HR situations effectively
• Strong understanding of HR principles, organizational and people development strategy
• Proven experience in developing and optimizing HR procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance.
• Strong Leadership, Logical & Strategic Thinking and Problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient communication in business English with speaking and writing
• Computer literacy, Microsoft Office and familiarity with data analysis tools is preferable
