Service Crew
About this position
The Service Crew is responsible for executing standard operating procedures, preparing equipment, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and managing inventory while generating revenue reports.
Responsibilities
• Carry out standard operating procedures for outlets in accordance with what has been determined by management
• Prepare operational equipment for F&B Service according to customer needs
• Serving food according to customer orders
• Mixing drinks according to customer orders
• Maintain cleanliness in the floor area
• Maintain inventory items
• Make summary report revenue per shift
• Make a revenue report in one month (month to date)
• Doing SR reports
Requirements
• Minimum SMK/Diploma Degree from Hospitality
• Last semester students are welcome to apply
• Have minimum 1 year experience in the same position
• Have experience in hotels/restaurants
• Have an understanding of SOP Restaurant and Banquet
• Have good communication skills and be able to communicate in English
