About this position
Responsibilities
• Formulate business development strategies to ensure long-term success
• Coordinate and cooperate with related departments for the opening of new outlets
• Create a projection return on investment with the Business Control team
• Create a manpower plan
• Create a list of operational needs and budgets
• Provide solutions and input on operational flow
• Optimize outlet operations
• Ensure compliance with company operational policies and guidelines
• Solve problems by providing creative and practical solutions
• Conduct performance evaluations
• Report to senior executives on progress and problems
• Assist upper management in making decisions for expansion or acquisition
• Collaborate with the Team to achieve Sales Targets
• Collaborate with the Team to achieve COGS targets determined by Management
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Management or equivalent from reputable university
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related position
• Having experience in Food & Beverage Industry (Catering/Hotel/Fine Dining Resto)
• Having knowledge of Food Safety Management System (GMP & HACCP), Cost Controlling, Project and Vendor Management
• Must be Fluent in English both written & verbal
• Good management, leadership and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast moving environment company
