About this position

The QMS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality management system, ensuring compliance with standards, and facilitating audits while promoting quality awareness among employees.

Responsibilities

• Training for ISO9001, IATF16949 Requirement for new employee.
• Internal Audit Conducted and Follow up as plan.
• Verify the internal audit countermeasure and report the result to Manager.
• Support all activities concern to quality management system.
• Responsible for ensuring that all quality standards and procedures are in place and properly implemented in all sections to demonstrate conformance to requirements of customers, public standard and effective operation of the quality system.
• Responsible for the preparation, issuance and control of all quality related standards and procedures.
• Facilitates internal and external quality audits like ISO9001, IATF16949.
• Reviews and evaluates proposed countermeasures for non-conformities found during internal and external quality audits.
• Responsible for creating programs and activities that increases quality awareness for all employees.
• Strictly implements company rules and regulations.
• QMS Risk Analysis Management Monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Polymer, Rubber, Chemical, Engineer or related.
• Experience in automotive company in 3 Year.
• Having knowledge of ISO9001, 14001 / IATF 16949, ISO45001.
• Can use MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Able to handle pressure well and has a good attitude.
