About this position
The Sales Chinese position involves supporting sales staff in managing customer orders, ensuring effective communication in Chinese and English, and handling export processes for shipments.
Responsibilities
• Support Sales staffs for all process to manage customer orders by coordinating between customers, production, shipping, and relate party to complete delivery goods correctly to customer Purchasing Orders.
• Able to communicate in Chinese and English with customers to clarify / understand / correct detail on PO and sales detail.
• Process Export process for customer shipments including coordinate with shipping and forwarders, internal & External, Domestic and Overseas.
• Working on Document relating to customer PO and others relate documents for all sales activities process.
• Handle customers locate in Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and others assigned country.
• Responsible to sales for All YKK products sales: S&B, Zipper, T&P.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree on Business Administration or relate field.
• Chinese Speaker by level HSK4.
• Experience: 0-3 years.
• Able to work overtime.
