Responsibilities
工作職責: In This Role, You Will
• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures
• Process company payroll accurately and on time
• Oversee recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview scheduling
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases
• Administer employee benefits and compensation packages
• Conduct and manage employee performance evaluations
• Address employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Assess training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs
• Prepare and present HR-related reports to management
• Manage employee separation processes
• Liaise with government bodies on HR-related matters
• Handle additional HR and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Required language(s): English, Thai, Mandarin (plus)
• 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
• Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
