About this position

The Service Engineer (Robotics) position at Pinthong 3 Industrial Estate involves supporting the setup and maintenance of robotic systems, providing technical assistance, and ensuring quality service for Yaskawa products.

Responsibilities

• Support to set up Robot, Controller, MOTOWELD and MOTOPOS
• Do inspection and lunch time check of robot
• Support Technical Service for customer’s site and via phone/ email of Yaskawa product (Robotics & Motion/Drive)
• Support 24hour Technical hotline
• Do testing robotic systems and robot demonstration
• Support Preventive Maintenance(PM), Overhaul, Renewal, Inspection of Robotics
• Make any service reports by complying with standardization of quality procedure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or related filed
• Have experience in Service Engineer in Robotics Industry or Factory Automation
• Customer oriented and good communication
• Self-disciplined with high motivation
• Can communicate in English
• Have own car with a driver’s license
