About this position
The People Development position focuses on collaborating with various departments to assess talent needs, develop future leaders, and implement effective training and organizational development programs aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate and partner with other departments to assess talent needs, develop future leaders, and implement programs to align with department-specific goals.
• Regularly review and track the effectiveness of training and organizational development programs to ensure they are effective and aligned with business objectives.
• Drive the process of performance reviews and employee feedback, ensuring transparency and effectiveness.
• Identify skill gaps and design programs to address these through workshops, mentoring, and other learning activities.
• Collaborate with managers on creating individual development plans (IDPs) for employees.
• Create programs that foster employee satisfaction, motivation, retention, workplace culture, and inclusivity.
• Ensure succession planning is in place for key roles within the organization.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for employees at all levels.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 years working experience or new graduate are welcome.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Good Attitude.
• Good communication skills and self-learning.
• Friendly and Personally credible.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast-moving and dynamic environment.
• Excellent knowledge of computer skills, including LibreOffice.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to identify the problems and find solutions.
• Good command of both written and spoken Thai and English.
