About this position

The HR Officer is responsible for overseeing immigration reporting, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee contracts, and supporting various HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee immigration reporting, including visa management, Certificate of Residence, Alien Book, 90-day reports, and work permits for expatriate employees and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies in line with regulatory requirements.
• Submit training report to the government as required by law.
• Perform regular checks on new employees, ensuring background checks (credit bureau and criminal records) are conducted every month as part of the on-boarding process.
• Handle the preparation and management of employment contracts for new hires and existing employees.
• Update & maintain employee information.
• Tracking employee attendance and leave.
• Responsible for drafting and issuing warning letters to employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support HR projects and any other duties, including ad hoc tasks, that may be reasonably assigned and expected in this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Political Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of working-related experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and self-learning.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
• Friendly and personally credible.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
• Excellent knowledge of computer skills, including LibreOffice.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to identify the problems and find solutions.
• Good command of both written and spoken Thai and English.
