Bidding Assistants (International Project Coordinator)
About this position
The primary goal is to deliver accurate proposals to clients according to their needs, planned effects, and budgets.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with Project Leads, Coordinators and Account Managers to review incoming materials. Raise if we have enough information for creating accurate proposals.
• Generate and send proposals to clients. Ensure that services listed in the document match up with client's planned effects, services agreed in the meeting and e-mails that are being sent out. Also, send manual bidding documents to clients when necessary.
• Be able to identify client’s services needed according to the planned effects, pricing trends, and their behavior.
• Act as a contact point regarding all pricing aspects for responsible clients.
• Ensure that pricing/bidding information and sale order lines status are accurately recorded in the internal system.
• Understand client patterns, especially when they raise issues with pricing. Create and maintain necessary pricing documents to share with coordinator team on internal server and Google Docs.
• Must be able to work with flexible schedule.
• Familiarity with the terminology used in Yannix’s VFX and support services.
• Follow up purchase orders with clients and keep track of up-to-date order lines status to facilitate invoice process.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy is required. Knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, vlookup) is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Open and service-minded.
