Yannix was founded in Hollywood in 1995, and in 2005, the Main Office was relocated to Bangkok and Yannix was born. Yannix currently employs more than 300 people and we continue to grow. At Yannix, you can work in Hollywood, and work on the top Blockbuster Films, Television Series and Television Commercial Advertisements (TVCs) and live in Thailand. We have created this website in order to provide you with information regarding the kinds of positions we are currently looking to fill, and to inform you as to what qualifications we are looking for in potential candidates to work at Yannix. About this position

ตำแหน่งฝึกงาน HR Admin มีหน้าที่ดูแลเอกสารและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสรรหาพนักงาน รวมถึงการจัดทำแฟ้มประวัติพนักงานใหม่และการบันทึกข้อมูลต่างๆ ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน.

Responsibilities

• ดูแลเอกสารเกี่ยวกับ HR Recruitment
• บันทึกเอกสารต่างๆ เข้าระบบให้อัพเดทเป็นปัจจุบัน
• จัดทำแฟ้มประวัติพนักงานเข้าใหม่
• จัดทำข้อมูลตัวเลข recruitment รายวันและรายสัปดาห์
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามความเหมาะสมกับตัวน้อง

Requirements

• มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารอยู่ในระดับดี
• ทำงานด้านเอกสารได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
• มีความชำนาญในการ Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva
