The Sales Area (Agricultural) position involves executing business targets, finding new sales solutions, and supporting dealers to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Get policy and business target from management and execute for achieve
• Finding new sales solutions to increase sales volume
• Identify market opportunities and guidance the Dealers to get the business and sales out
• Direct, assist, and support the Dealers’ sales & marketing team in improving the sales and enhancing customers’ satisfaction.
• Manage sales plan and control stock
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Having Sales experience with Agricultural sales, Machinery, Direct sales will be advantage
• Having good negotiation and communication skills
• Have coordination and skills
• Holding driving license, can drive and work in upcountry for long trip
