About this position

The Production Section Manager (Assembly Line) is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling production in designated areas, ensuring quality and efficiency while adhering to company policies and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, Organize, Lead, and control production in responsible areas of TM/FA/PAINTING
• Lead production and follow the policy and KPI to achieve with target
• Review and adjust the production schedule and balance of production TM/FA/PT line.
• Determine the human resource required and monthly manpower plan following to production next 3 months with TM/FA/PT line.
• Determine and control the materials stock in the production area and basically on FIFO.
• Make decisions about equipment used, maintenance, modification and procurement.
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operation.
• Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
• Analysis production quality control to detect and corrective problems and solution of response line.
• Set up the production cost or budget then control the actual budgets following to output of and summary of monthly used and report Dept. Manager
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedure.
• Any other duties within the manufacturing / Dept. Manager / as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or industrial related field
• Experience at least 5 Years of production field or management in manufacturing plant.
• Management skill of worker – operator in production line
• Analysis problem solving and improvement basically on KAIZEN, PDCA, Lean, TPS.
• Having knowledge of ISO standard (ISO9001, ISO14001) such as procedure, work instruction, form etc. in production department.
• Good communication in English language TOEIC SCORE over 450
• Good of computer (MS office), report, calculation sheet and graph
