About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital files.
• Help with the planning and execution of company events and activities.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate inter-departmental communication.
• Perform other administrative tasks and duties as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
• Good command in English both speaking and writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and record-keeping.
