About this position

We’re looking for a Start-up Manager ISBL to join our team. You will be responsible to effectively manage and provide operational and technical advice to the Commissioning and Start-up Team on units covered under Inside Battery Limit (ISBL) and related area.

Responsibilities

• To effectively manage and provide operational and technical advice to the Commissioning and Start-up Team on units covered under Inside Battery Limit (ISBL) and related area.
• To assure the process safety and design integrity of the ISBL process units, equipment, or systems/subsystems.
• Coordinates the commissioning and start-up activities within his/her area, to ensure safe initial start-up and subsequent normal operation, within budget, on time and in accordance with the applicable Company Procedures and Technical Specifications.

Requirements

• A Bachelor degree in Process or Technical Engineering (B.Sc).
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position and minimum has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position at least for 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, gas processing/LNG).
• Minimum of 15 years on refinery and petrochemical plant operations, commissioning and start-up or related experience.
• Has experience as Process Engineer especially in UOP’a oe Axen’s Licensed Unit (RFCC Plant is preferrable) and other process units with large process equipment.
• Has experience as Start-up and Commissioning Manager in refinery and petrochemical project.
• Has experience in managing and conducting training for package unit/equipment, and preparation and review of procedures and operating manuals.
