Responsibilities

The Role Responsibilities Include
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure conformance with specifications and code requirements.
• Select and organize work methods and procedures and may develop routine modifications or recommend improvements.
• Ensure Effective implementation and coordination of vendor assessment and inspection activities.
• Maintain compliance with established project, Corporate and customer quality assurance and control requirements.
• Conformance with specifications and code requirements regarding inspection materials and workmanship.
• Work under direct supervision with assignments given in terms of overall requirements and priorities.
• Effective planning and implementation of design control, verification, validation, and review activities.
• Work is performed accurately and within specified time constraints.
• Select and organize work methods and procedures and may develop routine modifications or recommend improvements.
• Effective implementation and coordination of vendor assessment and inspection activities.
• Effective implementation and verification of construction inspection and testing activities.
• Effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action management processes.
• Establishment of an effective risk-based audit program.
• Effectiveness of Project Management Review Programs including collection analysis and reporting of project performance measures.
• Participate in the global quality learning community initiative to enable quality professionals to communicate with each other and receive updates on latest developments.
• Support in-house education, promotion and awareness programs relating to sound quality management practice and WorleyPar.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have minimum of Minimum of 15 years’ experience in QA / QC role preferably in the petrochemical industry.
