About this position

We’re looking for a Project Manager (contract based) to join our Indonesia team. As Project Manager, you will be responsible to provide consistent, sustainable, and effective management direction for all projects within a project portfolio to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

The Role Responsibilities Include:
• Typically manages multiple small projects, a single medium project, or a portion of a large or mega project within the organization and/or for customers, with daily operational responsibilities.
• Responsible for implementing and administering project and Worley policies and procedures to successfully achieve project objectives.
• Contribute to the business / strategic planning and review processes under the leadership of the Director, Consulting, Select & Technology.
• Works with others on the project team to develop technical/functional solutions to strategic project objectives.
• Provides management, direction, and governance for all facets of the specific project delivery.
• Deliver project outcomes and financial metrics for the project including gross margin, chargeability, DSO, revenue forecast by regular monitoring of project performance with support from Functional Leaders / Department Manager.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with project stakeholders and clients.
• Provide consistent, sustainable, and effective management direction for all Consulting, Select & Technology Studies / Projects to ensure successful Study / Project delivery.
• Provide support to the team where required and provide technical and analytical skills to other team members.
• Demonstrable reporting and performance.
• Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management in a project environment.
• Lead the Project Team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager with minimum of 20+ years of Petrochemical or oil and gas Experience.
