Recruitment Officer (Contract Based - PKWT)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage the entire recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment process.
• Develop and distribute engaging recruitment materials across multiple channels.
• Represent the company at industry events to attract and engage potential candidates.
• Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, including data entry and reporting.
Requirements
• Candidates must own at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
• Fresh graduates with internship experience in recruitment are preferred.
• Having an understanding of recruitment processes, particularly in mass hiring, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
