The Sales Admin position in Koh Samui involves supporting the sales team and ensuring effective communication with customers and internal departments.
Responsibilities
• Answering customers telephone and email queries
• Resolving customer’s problem and complaints
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Liaise with the delivery department and logistic company to ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features
• Coordinating with Logistics, Accounting and Import department
• Supporting Sales person
Requirements
• Proven experience as a sales administrator
• Pleasant personality
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Good command of written and spoken English Skills.
• Have full working rights for Thailand
