About this position
The Sales Admin Assistant to Director / Admin Coordinator is responsible for managing sales-related administrative tasks, coordinating stock and pricing, and ensuring smooth operations between branches and customers.
Responsibilities
• Update Stock and Price of expensive Wine
• Coordinate Booking & Release Wine with Branches
• Handle Stock Transfer between branches
• Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly Summary Sales Report and related Report
• Assist VIP customer on end-to-end process; open new account, credit application, placing order, delivery
• Prepare Daily Summary of item & qty sold from Warehouse / Daily stock reconciliation / Generate Daily Inventory Report
• Handle stock transfer and Invoicing for damaged goods and taster
• Claim to Warehouse for damaged food and broken bottles
• Summarize and Review Monthly 3rd Party Transportation Invoice / Local Transportation Invoice / Warehouse Rental Invoice and keep aware of any fee & conditions
• Prepare Monthly Stock Movement Report for Excise Tax Department
• Communicate Price Change and New Item Price to distributor
• Update Monthly Price list for customer
Requirements
• Proven experience as a sale coordinator
• Pleasant personality
• Excellence in Excel (Pivot, VLookup, report analysis)
• Prudent, good interpersonal skill, and able to work as a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Good command of written and spoken English Skills.
