About this position

Wine Pro Co., Ltd. is seeking a Cash & Carry Division Manager based in Bangkok to oversee multiple branches and manage a team, focusing on operational improvements and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage 6 Wine Pro Branches nationwide.
• Recruit and manage a team of 60 staff.
• Improve operation standards.
• Insure optimal merchandising.
• Develop SOPs as needed.
• Train team members.
• Drive sales and profitability.
• Report Directly to Owner.

Requirements

• Foreigner or Thai.
• Experienced in retail environment.
• Well organized.
• System Driven.
• Good English command and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Wine is a plus.
• Must be able to travel upcountry.
