Wine Pro Co., Ltd. is one of Thailand’s leading Wine Importer and Distributor selling to Hotels and Restaurants national wide. We are a medium size company composed of 70 staffs with a Head Office located at EmQuartier in Bangkok.

About this position

The B2B Sales Supervisor / B2B Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling products to businesses through various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing orders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Contact businesses by telephone and email to promote and sell our products
• Solicit orders for goods over the telephone and by email
• Answer to customers queries, message and notification posted on every social media used by the company
• Deliver scripted sales pitch to customers
• Record customer details including reaction to the products or service offered
• Handle orders received over the telephone, email and social media
• Process and input orders in the company computerized order system
• Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably working in the field of B2B sales/customer care, ideally in Telesales
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good computer, negotiation and communication skills
