About this position

The Asst. Wine Shop Manager in Pattaya is responsible for customer service, sales, and overall shop operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient management of resources.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and sales
• Inform customer about products and assess customer needs.
• Maintain shop merchandising and overall operation
• Stock control and replenishment.
• Supervise POS and cashier transactions
• Assist shop manager in operation's requirement

Requirements

• Able to work 6 days a week
• Experience in retail, wine, or foreign food industry is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and service mind.
