About this position

The Legal Manager will be responsible for preparing legal documents, liaising with government authorities, and supporting corporate meetings while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft the appropriate legal documents and contracts.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities and handle legal matters.
• Support on corporate meeting arrangements.
• Handle team’s administrative works.
• Keep up to date with laws, regulations and practice relating to company’s business.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Have a good understanding in corporate and commercial laws;
• Have an ability to conduct independent legal research;
• Have practical experience in corporate secretarial works;
• Professional working proficiency in Thai and English;
• Be able to adapt, multitask and think logically;
• Be creative, hardworking, and a fast learner;
• Be able to work independently with limited supervision;
• LL.B from reputable universities;
• Experience of at least 5 years as a corporate lawyer and/or in reputable law firm;
• LL.M. and lawyer license are preferable;
• Experience in SET/SEC regulations is preferable
